Lead HVAC Installer

Position Summary: As a Lead HVAC Installer at Ronk Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Electrical you will play a crucial role in installing heating and cooling systems to our exacting company standards. Your focus will be on ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality experience during every installation. You will also take a leadership role by assisting and guiding other installers, all while upholding the highest standards of work quality and timely performance.

It’d be cool if you had these skills/qualifications:

  • EPA Certification (Required)
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong understanding of gas furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installations (both unitary and ductless)
  • Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in safely operating hand and power tools
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Comfort working from a 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder.
  • Clean background check and a good driving record
Senior HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: As an HVAC Service Technician at Ronk Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, and repair of heating and cooling systems according to company standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality experience while maintaining the utmost professionalism and technical expertise.

Required Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (3) years of experience in HVAC service (REQUIRED)
  • EPA certification (preferred)
  • Washington State specialty electrician’s license (06B minimum) (preferred)
  • NATE certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency in diagnostics and repair of gas and electric furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pumps, including dual fuel applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills
    Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Clean background check and a good driving record
