Mike Jackson

Mike joined the Ronk Brothers team in 2026 as a Lead Installer. Before joining Ronk Brothers, he worked in commercial HVAC and refrigeration, servicing and repairing a wide variety of equipment. Prior to entering the HVAC trade, Mike spent 10 years serving in the U.S. Army as an infantryman.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys riding his motorcycle, snowboarding, playing video games, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys learning new things and usually has a project or hobby keeping him busy.

Mike’s favorite part of Ronk Brothers is the people and the work environment. He enjoys being part of a team where he can continue learning, take on new challenges, and bring his previous HVAC experience into the installation side of the trade.
