Position Summary: Located in our Anacortes Showroom, your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming customer service requests via phone, email, and web platforms, organizing, and maintaining our Service Department’s schedule to ensure efficient operations, answering calls on our dual phone line, and coordinating sales appointments as well as managing walk-in customers. • Required Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:
  - The ability to multitask and stay organized.
  - Mastery of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to effectively manage tasks and communications.
  - Excellent listening and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  - Strong organizational skills to keep schedules and tasks on track.
  - Self-motivated.
  - At least 2 years of previous administrative/office experience.
  - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and service scheduling tools is a plus.

Required Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Required)
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong understanding of gas furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installations (both unitary and ductless)
• Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in safely operating hand and power tools
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfort working from a 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder.
