Safety Training
At Ronk Brothers Heating and Cooling, we are committed to providing our employees with ongoing training and career development opportunities. This includes educational and hands-on training for both office and technical staff. Our team never forgets the importance of safety, as it is one of our top priorities. Our weekly training includes a robust safety and technical program to continually raise the bar for our team of home comfort experts.
In the heating and cooling industry, technician safety must be a central focus in our day-to-day operations. Danger can lie in some of the most unsuspecting places and our professionals must not only adhere to best practices, but stay vigilant for common hazards as well.
Unparalled Performance
Choosing an HVAC contractor for your home is more than simply selecting a name from a phone book. We know you want a partner who will share your passion for unparalleled performance and who will be here today and more importantly, tomorrow.
Before hiring any contractor, homeowners should verify the company they choose uses proper safety equipment and ESPECIALLY make sure the company is protected with insurance and worker’s compensation to protect themselves from any liability. Ronk Brothers, of course, has both.
At Ronk Brothers, we uphold our stellar reputation with a commitment and dedication to high standards. All of our technicians are trained to provide quality HVAC preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs. Each must pass thorough reference checking, drug screening, and complete ongoing mandatory safety evaluations and training.
Rooftop Safety Training
Does this image look familiar?
HVAC units are commonly found close to the edge of your roof. Why someone insists on putting them there may make sense to the architect or mechanical installer. However, it poses a serious risk to HVAC technitions who need to maintain it.
Due to these types of rooftop HVAC units, our installation and service technicians took part in our rooftop safety training which included topics such as anchor points, harnesses, vertical lifelines, shock absorbers, and proper techniques for walking on roofs.
