The heat pump was a new installation, as the home previously did not have central air conditioning, which was a real ‘COOL’ upgrade (…pun intended). Our expert technicians carefully drilled through the wall to ensure an exact fitting of all the plumbing needed for the heat pump. We installed a new concrete slab and wrapped the plumbing in insulation for proper weather protection.
